Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service price.

Rescheduling Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled without a fee when at least 24 hours' notice is provided.
Requests to reschedule made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to our cancellation policy.
Late Arrival & No-Show Policy
We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show, and a $40 no-show fee will apply.
Please arrive on time to ensure the best possible experience.
Payments
Payment is due on the day of the appointment. No deposit is required to book an appointment.
Children Policy
For safety reasons, children are not permitted during appointments. We kindly ask clients to make appropriate arrangements before arriving.
